Bolivia has signed a partnership with El Salvador to expand crypto use amid its ongoing economic crisis. El Salvador, which made Bitcoin legal tender in 2021, will share expertise and resources with Bolivia. At the same time, the WeWake new presale crypto has entered the market, drawing attention for its walletless and gasless onboarding technology.

Bolivia Strengthens Crypto Partnership with El Salvador

The Central Bank of Bolivia confirmed the agreement with El Salvador in a formal statement. Acting President Edwin Rojas Ulo signed the memorandum with Juan Carlos Reyes García, head of El Salvador’s National Commission of Digital Assets. The partnership focuses on policy development and the use of crypto intelligence tools.

Bolivia’s central bank stated that the agreement will remain effective for an indefinite period. It also emphasized that crypto can be a “viable and reliable alternative” to traditional currencies. Bolivia lifted its long-standing ban on crypto in June 2024 and allowed banks to process Bitcoin and stablecoin transactions.

The country’s crypto trading volume reached $46.8 million within three months of the policy change. By mid-2025, that figure grew to $294 million. Shops in Bolivia have also started pricing goods in stablecoins like Tether, as the country faces ongoing dollar shortages.

This agreement comes before Bolivia’s general election scheduled for August 17. If no candidate wins outright, a runoff will take place on October 19. The outcome could influence how quickly Bolivia advances its crypto policies.

WeWake New Presale Crypto and Walletless Onboarding

As Bolivia adopts crypto through El Salvador’s guidance, the new presale crypto from WeWake has gained strong interest. WeWake offers walletless and gasless access to blockchain using Google or Telegram login. This approach removes the need for seed phrases or paying gas fees.

The WeWake whitepaper has been released, providing details on its zk-rollup Layer 2 technology, ERC-4337 smart wallets, and built-in Paymaster system. The project has introduced a developer SDK to support instant crypto integration for applications. This design focuses on reducing barriers for non-technical users and developers.

WeWake has set out a clear roadmap. In Q4 2025, it will begin its Testnet launch, followed by a Mainnet release in Q2 2026. These stages will include gasless transactions, instant swaps, and social login smart wallets. By Q3 2026, WeWake plans to launch its mainnet and list its token on both centralized and decentralized exchanges.

Tokenomics and Growing Demand for WeWake

The new presale crypto WeWake has also attracted early participants due to its defined tokenomics. The total supply is 308,726,951 WAKE tokens. Of this, 32% is allocated for the presale, 14% for ecosystem incentives, and 12% for governance and treasury.

The token utility includes staking, cashback rewards, and participation in governance. Developers can integrate WeWake’s SDK while users benefit from gas-free transactions. The Paymaster system will cover fees for all supported dApps, increasing usability for both individuals and businesses.

The WeWake presale is positioned as a funding event to accelerate adoption. Its roadmap and whitepaper offer clear steps, and its walletless onboarding model aims to attract the next wave of crypto users. As Bolivia works with El Salvador to promote digital assets, WeWake’s new presale crypto is set to align with this growing trend.
