Before joining 0G Foundation, Chang served as CEO of Heritage Singapore, where he oversaw large-scale cultural events such as the Singapore Heritage Festival and Singapore Night Festival, which attract millions of visitors annually. He also led Fintopia Indonesia, the region’s largest micro-lending fintech platform, providing financial services to underbanked communities, while simultaneously serving as Chief Strategy Officer for Fintopia’s global operations.
His earlier career included leadership roles at Shopify, Google for Education’s Next Billion Users initiative, and Singapore Management University’s Lien Centre for Social Innovation.
