Uzbekistan has legalized crypto mining. The NAPP mentioned to the country miners that only those companies would be legally allowed to mine the currency that uses solar energy to mine bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency.
“Mining is being carried out only by the legal entity with the use of electric energy, provided by a solar photovoltaic power plant.”
Also, the companies that are participating in and conducting the cryptocurrency mining process should own all the rights of the solar plant that they are going to use for energy and mining purposes. Among the benefits are that all cryptocurrency mining through the activities will be spared taxation. Certified miners will be required to file information on the transactions with the mined cryptocurrencies with the NAPP, complying with the deadlines and procedures established by the regulatory body.
